摘要
头颈部鳞状细胞癌(HNSCC)是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,其肿瘤微环境(TME)由不同的细胞亚群组成,这些细胞亚群浸润肿瘤并通过与肿瘤细胞相互作用提高肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移及免疫逃逸能力,促进肿瘤细胞生长。因此,有效的免疫疗法有利于HNSCC的治疗,但并非所有的HNSCC均对免疫治疗有反应。而全面了解TME的细胞组成以及抗肿瘤和促肿瘤免疫细胞在HNSCC TME中的作用、制订HNSCC免疫治疗措施,可以为HNSCC的免疫治疗提供新思路。
Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC)is a common malignant tumor,with a tumor microenvironment(TME)composed of different cell subpopulations that infiltrate the tumord and enhance their proliferation,migration,and immune escape abilities through interactions with tumor cells,promoting tumor cell growth.Therefore,effective immunotherapy is beneficial for the treatment of HNSCC,but not all HNSCC respond to immunotherapy.A comprehensive understanding of the cellular composition of TME,the role of anti-tumor and pro-tumor immune cells in HNSCC TME,and developing HNSCC immunotherapy measures can provide new ideas for the immunotherapy of HNSCC.
