结直肠癌肺转移的治疗进展

Advances in Management of Colorectal Cancer with Lung Metastasis

结直肠癌是全球三大常见恶性肿瘤之一,近年其发病率呈上升趋势。转移和复发是结直肠癌患者死亡的主要原因,其中肺转移和肝转移较常见,但两者的转移机制存在较大差异,且目前国内外尚无肺转移相关的共识及治疗方案,多参照肝转移执行。近年影响肺转移的肿瘤微环境逐渐受到关注,而多学科规范化综合诊疗模式也是目前恶性肿瘤的发展趋势,这些均可有效提高结直肠癌患者的生存率和生活质量,为结直肠癌肺转移的治疗提供新思路。

Colorectal cancer is one of the three most common malignant tumors in the world,and the incidence has been increasing in recent years.Metastasis and recurrence are the main causes of death in patients with colorectal cancer,among which lung metastasis and liver metastasis are more common,but the mechanisms of metastasis of them are quite different.At present,there is no consensus and treatment plan related to lung metastasis at home and abroad,and the treatment is mostly administered with reference to liver metastasis.In recent years,the tumor microenvironment affecting lung metastasis has gradually attracted attention,and the multidisciplinary standardized comprehensive diagnosis and treatment model is also the current development trend of malignant tumors,which can effectively improve the survival rate and quality of life of the patients,and provide new ideas for the treatment of lung metastasis of colorectal cancer.
