硫代硫酸钠治疗慢性肾脏病血管钙化的机制研究进展

摘要 血管钙化可导致慢性肾脏病(CKD)血液透析患者发生严重的心血管疾病,增加此类患者的死亡风险,故迫切需要寻找能够缓解血管钙化的药物。CKD患者并发血管钙化是一个主动且复杂的过程,目前对其发生机制及治疗的研究取得了很大进展。近年来,临床上以硫代硫酸钠(STS)为主的综合治疗可在一定程度上缓解血管钙化的发生发展。目前大部分学者认为,STS治疗血管钙化的主要机制是通过抗氧化、促进钙的溶解、抗炎镇痛及舒张血管、改变血管钙化因子水平、酸性环境的作用等方面对血管钙化发挥作用的,但仍存在争议。 Vascular calcification can lead to serious cardiovascular disease in hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)and increase the risk of death in such patients,so there is an urgent need to find drugs that can alleviate vascular calcification.Vascular calcification in patients with CKD is an active and complex process,and the research on its pathogenesis and treatment has made great progress.In recent years,comprehensive treatment with sodium thiosulfate(STS)as the main treatment in clinical practice can alleviate the occurrence and development of vascular calcification to a certain extent.At present,most scholars believe that the main mechanism of STS in the treatment of vascular calcification is through antioxidation,promoting calcium dissolution,anti-inflammatory analgesia,vasodilation,change of vascular calcification factor level and acidic environment etc.,although there are still controversies.
