摘要
PTEN诱导假定激酶1(PINK1)/Parkin通路是研究线粒体自噬的热门、经典通路。内皮细胞的线粒体功能障碍是糖尿病血管病变发生发展的重要病理机制,而PINK1/Parkin介导的线粒体自噬作为一种重要的功能障碍的线粒体清除机制,对因糖尿病血管病变引起的内皮细胞线粒体功能障碍同样具有积极作用。该通路在高血糖的作用下会受到抑制,因此其在糖尿病血管病变中具有很大的研究价值,针对该通路进行调控的方法作为糖尿病血管病变新的治疗手段,值得深入研究。
PTEN induced putative kinase 1(PINK1)/Parkin pathway is a popular and classical pathway to study mitophagy.Mitochondrial dysfunction in endothelial cells is an important pathological mechanism for the occurrence and development of diabetic angiopathy,and PINK1/Parkin-mediated mitophagy,as an important dysfunctional mitochondrial clearance mechanism,also has a positive effect on endothelial cell mitochondrial dysfunction caused by diabetic angiopathy.This pathway will be inhibited under the action of hyperglycemia,so its role in diabetic vascular disease has great research value,and the method of regulating this pathway as a new treatment for diabetic vascular disease is worthy of deeper studies.
