干细胞疗法在糖尿病治疗中的研究进展

摘要 糖尿病以慢性高血糖为主要特征,严重影响人类健康。干细胞因具有自我更新、可分化为其他细胞系以及免疫调节等特征而应用于糖尿病的临床治疗。随着干细胞疗法的不断发展,关于干细胞治疗糖尿病的相关研究不断增多,胚胎干细胞、1型糖尿病特异性专能干细胞、骨髓源性干细胞、脂肪源性干细胞等在1型糖尿病治疗中优势显著,而间充质干细胞及脂肪源性干细胞在2型糖尿病及相关并发症研究中亦取得一定疗效,但干细胞疗法在糖尿病中的具体作用机制仍有待未来进一步研究证实。 Diabetes mellitus is characterized by chronic hyperglycemia and has become a significant threat to people′s lives.Stem cells are gradually used in the clinical treatment of diabetes due to their self-renewal,differentiation into other cell lines and immune regulation characteristics.With the continuous development of stem cell therapy,research on it for diabetes continues to increase.Embryonic stem cells,type 1 diabetes mellitus specific stem cells,bone marrow derived stem cells,fat derived stem cells,etc.have significant advantages in the treatment of type 1 diabetes mellitus.Mesenchymal stem cells and fat derived stem cells have also achieved certain efficacy in the study of type 2 diabetes mellitus and related complications.However,the specific mechanism of stem cell therapy in diabetes remains to be validated by further research in the future.
