乡村振兴视域下新型职业农民培育实践研究

Research on the Cultivation Practice of New Professional Farmers from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

加快农业发展方式转变,由传统农业向现代农业转型,关键缺的就是人力资源。随着农村农业科技的飞速发展,在推进乡村振兴战略背景下,新型职业农民的培育起到了关键性的作用,也是脱贫致富的关键方法之一。目前在新型职业农民培育过程中,存在着普及型低、培育对象单一、培育内容不切实际,这些在乡村振兴战略中全面培育新型职业农民也是现代化农业发展亟待解决的问题,文章通过提出新型职业农民培育的有关措施,提升新型职业农民培育的效果。

To accelerate the transformation of agricultural development mode,tansform from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,the key is the lack of human resources.With the rapid development of rural agricultural science and technology,under the background of promoting rural revitalization strategy,the cultivation of new professional farmers plays a key role and is also one of the key methods to get rid of poverty.At present,in the process of cultivating new-type professional farmers,there are some problems,such as low popularization,single cultivation object and impractical cultivation content,which are urgent problems to be solved in the development of modern agriculture in the strategy of rural revitalization.This paper proposes relevant measures for cultivating new-type professional farmers to improve the effect of cultivating new-type professional farmers.
