With the rapid development of our new rural economy and legal construction,there have been a large number of legal problems concerning agriculture,and the quantity and quality requirements of legal talents concerning agriculture have been improved obviously.Under the background of the new agricultural science,it provides an opportunity to change and develop innovatively and provides a clear direction for the training mode of our agriculture-related legal talents.Under the background of new agricultural science,we should construct a new training mode of agriculture-related legal talents that can meet the needs of the new rural development construction,improve China’s professional level of agriculture-related legal talents,thus help the modernization of the new socialist countryside.
