摘要
针对多通路小电阻测试过程繁琐、自动化程度低的问题,分析了小电阻测试原理,提出了基于DSP芯片为核心的软硬件系统方案;基于集成开发软件CCS6.0,阐述了测试系统软件主程序、单通路测试、多通路测试、数据存储与读取、打印等模块的设计流程,从而完成了小电阻测试系统的软件设计。结果表明,该系统测试结果精确可靠、功能设计实用性强,具有广阔的应用前景。
Aiming at the problem of cumbersome and low degree of automation in multi-channel small resistance testing,the principle of small resistance testing is analyzed,and a software and hardware system based on DSP chip is proposed.Based on the integrated development software CCS6.0,the design process of the main software program,single channel test,multi-channel test,data storage and reading,printing and other modules of the test system is described,and the software design of the small resistance test system is completed.The results show that the system is accurate,reliable,practical and has broad application prospect.
