摘要
【目的】为探究蜘蛛网八角金盘组培快繁技术。【方法】以蜘蛛网八角金盘的带芽茎段为外植体进行组培快繁研究。【结果】在MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA培养基中培养10 d后,诱导出幼芽;1/2 MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA培养基对丛生芽的增殖效果最好,增殖系数达3.56;生根培养基以MS+0.1 mg/L NAA+3.0 mg/L IBA为最佳,生根率可达96.30%;移栽基质为40%椰糠+60%泥炭土的组合最佳,成活率达到96.42%。【结论】蜘蛛网八角金盘组培快繁技术可快速获得大量株型整齐、性状优良的植株,应用于产业化生产。
【Objective】In order to study tissue culture and rapid propagation of Fatsia japonica‘Spider's Web’【Method】Stems with buds of Fatsia japonica‘Spider's Web’were used as explants to study tissue culture and rapid propagation.【Result】The young buds could be induced after 10 days cultured on the medium MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA.The medium 1/2 MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA was the best for multiplication culture of clumpy buds and the multiplication coefficient was 3.56.The medium MS+0.1 mg/L NAA+3.0 mg/L IBA was the best for inducing roots from shoots and the rootage ratio was above 96.30%.The seedlings were transplanted to substrate combination of 40%coconut bran and 60%peat soil,whose survival rates were highest,reaching 96.42%.【Conclusion】Tissue culture and rapid propagation techniques of Fatsia japonica‘Spider's Web’could rapidly obtain a large number of plants with neat plant types and excellent traits and could be applied in industrial production.
