磷酸酯抗燃液压油的发展及劣化机制综述

摘要 为了降低电厂液压介质泄漏带来的火灾风险,磷酸酯抗燃液压油应运而生。从磷酸酯抗燃液压油的发展来看,大致分为三个代次,每个代次的磷酸酯抗燃液压油具有不同的分子结构和性能特点。由于磷酸酯分子的特殊性,在使用过程中的水分,高温及氧气均会导致磷酸酯抗燃液压油劣化。为此对磷酸酯抗燃液压油的发展和劣化(水解劣化,热裂解劣化及氧化劣化)机制进行了综述,以期对磷酸酯分子结构的调控及液压系统的设计和优化提供新的思路。 Phosphate ester flame-resistant hydraulic fluids have been developed in order to reduce the fire risk caused by the leakage of hydraulic medium in power plants.In terms of the development of phosphate ester flame-resistant hydraulic fluid,it is roughly divided into three generations,and each generation has different molecular structure and performance characteristics.Due to the particularity of phosphate ester molecules,moisture,high temperature and oxygen in the process of use will lead to the deterioration of phosphate ester hydraulic fluids.For this reason,the development and deterioration(hydrolysis deterioration,pyrolysis deterioration and oxidation deterioration)mechanisms of phosphate ester flame-resistant hydraulic fluids are reviewed,with a view to providing new ideas for the regulation of the molecular structure of phosphate esters as well as for the design and optimization of hydraulic systems.
