旅游城市特色民宿发展状况研究——以江苏省扬州市为例

Study on the development of characteristic homestays in tourist cities-Taking Yangzhou City of Jiangsu Province as an example

民宿行业与国家战略紧密相连,是我国旅游升级、乡村振兴建设的重要抓手,尤其在引导城市居民到农村投资、返乡创业,改善乡村文化、生活与社区环境等方面起着积极的作用。扬州市作为一座著名的旅游城市,民宿行业是旅游业的重要组成部分,是扬州积极建设历史文化名城的关键之一,文章通过分析民宿行业的发展历程、发展现状,总结扬州民宿行业当前存在的问题,提出发展建议,以期推动扬州民宿行业、旅游业得到进一步的发展。

The homestay industry is linked to the national strategy,which is an important starting point for China's tourism upgrading and rural revitalization,especially in guiding urban people to invest in the countryside,return to their hometowns to start businesses,and improve rural culture,life and community environment.Yangzhou as a famous tourist city,homestay industry is an important part of the tourism industry,is Yangzhou to actively build a historical and cultural city of one of the important keys,this paper through the analysis of the development process of the homestay industry,development status,summary of the current problems in Yangzhou homestay industry,put forward development suggestions,in order to promote the further development of Yangzhou homestay industry,tourism.
