苏维埃革命时期发展工人成分党员的理想与现实——以江西苏区为例

The Ideal and Reality of Developing Workers into Party Members during the Soviet Revolution--With the Soviet area of Jiangxi as an example

中国共产党是无产阶级政党,发展工人成分党员是理论应然。苏维埃革命时期,革命中心地域转向农村,农民成分党员随之激增,带来了非无产阶级意识的问题。党内工人比例锐减,引起中共中央的重视,为巩固党的无产阶级基础,中共中央提出大力发展工人成分党员。江西苏区在中央的部署下,通过简化工人入党手续、提高非工人成分入党要求、开展征收工人成分党员运动、吸收雇农和苦力入党等方式,力图增加工人成分党员比例。这些举措取得了一定成效,但没有扭转农民成分党员占主体的现实。重视思想建党,才是提升党的战斗力的关键所在。

The CPC is a proletarian party,and it is theoretically necessary for it to develop the Party membership in the working class.During the Soviet Revolution,the revolutionary center shifted to rural areas,and the number of the Party members from the peasant class increased sharply,which brought about the problem of non-proletarian consciousness.The sharp decrease in the proportion of workers in the Party attracted the attention of the CPC Central Committee.In order to consolidate the proletarian foundation of the Party,the CPC proposed to vigorously develop the membership of workers.Under the deployment of the Central Committee,Jiangxi Soviet area tried to increase the proportion of workers among the Party members by simplifying the procedures for workers to join the Party,raising the requirements for non-workers to join the Party,carrying out a campaign to recruit workers to the Party organization,and absorbing farm laborers and coolies into the Party.These measures achieved certain results,but did not reverse the reality that peasantry constituted the majority of the Party members.Attaching importance to the ideological construction of the Party is the key to enhancing the Party’s combat effectiveness.
