摘要
针对匹配DCT变速器的某车型滑行时产生啸叫的问题,本文利用试验手段和齿轮噪声的测试数据对其产生原因进行了分析。在变速器生产过程中,通过优化齿轮齿顶修缘量和粗糙度,在不改变齿轮设计参数的前提下,有效地降低了变速器齿轮噪声,解决了DCT变速器滑行工况的齿轮啸叫问题。
A gear whine issue occurred in a vehicle model matched with a DCT transmission when coasting.This paper used experimental method and the acquired test data to investigate the mechanism of the gear noise generation.Under the condition of no gear design parameter change allowed,by optimizing the gear tooth tip trimming amount and roughness,and controlling the transmission production process,the gear noise of the transmission is effectively reduced,and the gear whine issue is successfully resolved.
