香蕉优选2号幼苗对PEG6000模拟干旱的生理响应

摘要 为探讨香蕉优选2号的抗旱性,以不同PEG6000浓度(5%、10%、15%),不同时间(24、48、72 h)模拟干旱处理,检测与抗旱相关的MDA、Pro、SOD、POD生理指标的变化规律和香蕉优选2号的抗旱能力。结果表明:(1)相同PEG6000浓度处理下,MDA含量显著高于对照,且随处理时间增加呈先降后升的趋势。在相同时间处理下,MDA含量显著高于对照。(2)5%和15%PEG6000处理下,Pro含量随处理时间增加呈先升后降趋势,Pro含量在48 h处理下达峰值,48h不同浓度PEG6000处理下Pro含量显著高于对照。(3)相同浓度PEG6000胁迫时,随时间的延长POD抗氧化酶活性均呈先升后降的趋势,POD活性峰值均在48 h。(4)胁迫处理后,SOD在24 h快速增加。(5)各指标间相关性分析发现,PEG6000浓度与MDA、Pro呈正相关,MDA与Pro呈正相关。综上,香蕉优选2号幼苗能通过调节体内渗透调节物质含量和抗氧化酶活性主动适应干旱胁迫,对干旱环境表现出较好的适应能力。 To explore the drought resistance of the Youxuan No.2 banana.Different PEG6000 concentrations(5%,10%,15%)and different times(24,48,72 h)were used to simulate drought treatment,and the changes in MDA,Pro,SOD,and POD physiological indexes related to drought resistance and the drought resistance ability of Youxuan No.2 banana were detected.The results showed the following:(1)Under the same PEG6000 concentration treatment,the content of MDA was significantly higher than that of the control and showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing with increasing treatment time.At the same time,the content of MDA was significantly higher than that in the control.(2)Under the treatment of 5%and 15%PEG6000,the Pro content first increased and then decreased with increasing treatment time.The Pro content peaked at 48 h of treatment,and the Pro content was significantly higher than that of the control at 48 h of treatment with different concentra-tions of PEG6000.(3)Under the same concentration of PEG6000 stress,the POD antioxidant enzyme activity showed a trend of rising and falling with the extension of time,and the peak value of POD activity was at 48 h.(4)After stress treatment,SOD increased rapidly in 24 h.(5)Correlation analysis among various indicators found that PEG6000 concentration was positively correlated with MDA and Pro,and MDA was positively correlated with Pro.The seedlings of Banana Youxuan No.2 can ac-tively adapt to drought stress by regulating the content of osmoregulation substances and the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the body and show good adaptability to drought environments.
