摘要
在林下进行食用菌栽种,可以实现食用菌不与粮争地、不与人争粮的生产优势,有利于统筹协调生态建设与耕地保护互相争地的矛盾,实现以短养长,发挥林菌优势互补的效果。文章聚焦林下食用菌栽培和育种2个方面的技术现状并总结近年来的研究进展,对林下食用菌栽培技术未来的发展方向和前景进行分析与展望。
Underforest cultivation of edible fungi can save cultivated land and production costs,which is conducive to coor-dinating the contradiction between ecological construction and cultivated-land protection.Edible fungal cultivation in forests can improve the short-term economic benefits of forestland and play a complementary role in forest fungi.This paper focused on the technical status of the cultivation and breeding of edible fungi in forests and summarized the research progress in recent years.In this study,the future development direction of underforest cultivation techniques of edible fungi was analyzed,and the future development prospects were proposed.
