图像边缘检测算法的Simulink实现及改进

摘要 图像边缘检测是数字图像处理中一个重要的课题。图像边缘检测的目的是找到图像变化强烈的像素点的集合、提取出图像中的重要信息。图像边缘检测在人工智能、图像识别、机器视觉与图像检测等方面有着广泛的应用。论文在Simulink中实现了Roberts、Prewitt、Sobel、Laplace边缘检测算法和高斯滤波算法。给出了使用Simulink进行算法设计与实现的框架。并且在Simulink中对图像边缘检测算法做出调整,提高图像边缘检测的效果。该算法可以利用Simulink与System Generator联合生成HDL IP核,后期在FPGA中直接调用IP核即可。这样可以简化FPGA开发流程,使工作重点放在算法的设计与实现上。 Image edge detection is an important subject in digital image processing.The purpose of image edge detection is to find the set of pixels with strong changes in the image and extract the important information in the image.Image edge detection is widely used in artificial intelligence,image recognition,machine vision and image detection.In this paper,Roberts,Prewitt,Sobel,Laplace edge detection algorithm and Gaussian filtering algorithm are implemented in Simulink.The framework of algorithm design and implementation using Simulink is given.And the image edge detection algorithm is adjusted in Simulink to improve the effect of image edge detection.This algorithm can use Simulink and system generator to generate HDL IP core,and call IP core directly in FPGA later.This algorithm can simplify the FPGA development process,and make the work focus on the design and implementation of the algorithm.
