基于云重心理论的舰载机起降效能评估

Efficiency Evaluation of Carrier-borne Aircrafts Taking-off and Landing Based on the Cloud Gravity Center Evaluation Theory

摘要 研究舰载机起降效能,可以帮助相关人员发现舰载机起降环节中的缺陷与不足,及时找出舰载机甲板保障的调整重点与方向,从而优化资源配置。重点研究了对舰载机起降效能的评估,建立了舰载机起降效能评估体系,将抽象的舰载机起降效能划分为具体的能力指标。采用云重心理论评估方法,结合实例对舰载机起降效能进行了评估。 Study on the efficiency of carrier-borne aircrafts takeoff and landing can help the related personnel find the defective taches in the process of carrier-borne aircrafts takeoff and landing,and find out the adjustment focus and direction of deck support for carrier-borne aircrafts in security and optimize the resource allocation.This paper focuses on the research of the efficiency of carrier-borne aircrafts takeoff and landing,an evaluation system has been established,which divided the abstract concept of efficiency into specific capacity indexes.Then the cloud gravity center evaluation theory has been adopted to evaluate theefficiency of carrier-borne aircrafts takeoff and landing.
