氧调器流场特性研究

摘要 论文对新一代电控式氧调器结构进行数值计算和仿真分析,主要包括流量、流速、压力、流场特性。并结合仿真结果对氧调器结构进行优化改进,改进后的氧调器结构流场特性稳定,流阻减小,改善了氧调器性能,提升了飞行员呼吸品质。 This paper carries on the numerical calculation and simulation analysis to the new generation of electronic control oxygen regulator structure mainly including the flow rate,velocity,pressure,flow field characteristics.Combined with the simulation results,the oxygen regulator structure is optimized and improved.The flow field characteristics of the improved oxygen regulator structure are stable,the flow resistance is small,the performance of the oxygen regulator is improved,and the breathing quality of the pilot is improved.
