摘要
为解决可供车辆通行的挡浪斜坡板消波孔开孔处结构强度较低的问题,采用非线性有限元方法对车辆通过斜坡板的过程进行动态模拟,并在保证消波性能的基础上提出4种消波孔开孔方案进行强度分析对比.研究表明:车辆行驶在开孔的斜坡板时比未开孔的斜坡板危险性增加了20%,如果车轮直接行驶在开孔处危险性提升2~3倍;方案1和方案4相对而言较为安全,不同的开孔方式具有各自的优缺点,为斜坡板开孔设计提供了有益参考.
In order to solve the problem of low structural strength at the opening of the wave-absorbing hole of the ramp plate for vehicles to pass through,this paper uses nonlinear finite element method to dynamically simulate the process of vehicles passing through the ramp plate,and puts forward four schemes of opening the wave-absorbing hole for strength analysis and comparison on the basis of ensuring the wave-absorbing performance.The research shows that the risk of vehicles driving on the slope plate with holes is increased by 20%compared with that of the slope plate without holes.The risk of vehicles driving directly on the slope plate with holes is increased by 2~3 times.Scheme 1 and scheme 4 are relatively safer,and different opening methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,which provides a useful reference for the design of the slope plate with holes.
