摘要
重金属离子广泛存在于自然环境中,虽然有些重金属离子是人体所必需的元素,但是过量的金属离子对人类健康和环境会产生危害.因此,实时检测和监测环境和生物系统中的痕量重金属离子对人类身体健康和环境保护具有十分重要的意义.在众多金属离子检测方法中,荧光分析法具有高灵敏性、高选择性以及操作简便等特点,被广泛应用于生物、化学、环境等领域.由于其大的π共轭结构,优异的光化学稳定性,较大的斯托克斯位移以及易于修饰等特点,1,8-萘酰亚胺衍生物非常适合于设计红光或近红外荧光传感器.本综述涵盖了基于1,8-萘酰亚胺的荧光探针的设计,合成和应用方面的最新进展以及未来展望.
It is well known that heavy metal ions widely exist in the natural environment.Although some heavy metal ions are essential elements for human body,high level of metal ions may have harmful effects on our human body and environmental systems.Therefore,the development of new techniques for highly sensitive detection of metal ions in environmental and biological areas is of great significance.Among many metal ion detection methods,fluorescence strategy has been widely used in biology,chemistry,environmental and other fields in terms of its outstanding characteristics of high sensitivity,high selectivity,low cost and simple operation.Attributed to its largeπconjugated structure,excellent photochemical stability,large Stokes shift and easy modification,1,8-naphthalimide derivatives are proved to be promising fluorophores for the development of red or near-infrared fluorescence sensors.This review covers the latest progress and future prospects in the design,synthesis and applications of naphthalimide derived fluorescent probes.
