含多供能商的虚拟电厂多目标优化调度策略 被引量:1

摘要 随着社会环境及能源意识的增强,虚拟电厂的建设与发展受到越来越多的关注。在电力体制改革后的市场环境下,虚拟电厂将由供能不同的供能商联合运营。在此前提下,提出由供电商和供冷/热商多主体协同管理的含冷热电联供的虚拟电厂优化调度框架,围绕该架构,建立了兼顾供电商和供冷/热商利益的虚拟电厂多目标经济优化调度模型。然后,在模型中考虑电力潮流约束并对潮流约束进行二阶锥松弛(second order cone relaxation,SOCR)处理,在算例中利用主要目标函数法处理多目标优化问题,获得非劣解集。最后,提出改进熵权法-逼近于理想解法(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution,TOPSIS)从非劣解中选取最优解。算例表明,多目标优化能够兼顾供电商和供热商的利益,并提高虚拟电厂的环保性,实现虚拟电厂的经济环保运行。 With the enhancement of social environment and energy consciousness,the construction and development of virtual power plant have received more and more attention.Under the market environment after the reform of electric power system,virtual power plant will be operated jointly by different energy suppliers.On this premise,this paper proposes a VPP optimization scheduling framework with combined cooling,heating and power supply,which is jointly managed by the power supplier and the cooling/heating supplier.Based on this framework,a multi-objective economic optimization scheduling model of virtual power plant is established.Then,the power flow constraint is considered in the model and the power flow constraint is treated by second order cone relaxation(SOCR).In the example,the multi-objective optimization non-inferior solution is obtained by using the main objective function method.Finally the best solution from the non-inferior solution is selected by the proposed TOPSIS.The example shows that the multi-objective optimization can take into account the interests of the power supplier and the heat supplier,improve the environmental protection of the virtual power plant,and realize the economic and environmental protection operation of the virtual power plant.
