循环水系统低磷预膜剂的性能评价

摘要 用自主研发的预膜剂PMZ5-1,在旋转挂片腐蚀测定仪和循环水系统上进行预膜实验,对酸性硫酸铜点滴实验结果和腐蚀率数据进行考察,评价预膜剂PMZ5-1对碳钢的预膜效果。实验结果表明,预膜剂PMZ5-1投用在循环水中总磷含量仅为25mg/L左右,不加任何化学助剂即可调制成一种稳定的预膜溶液,在常温下条件下预膜30h,其预膜效果即可满足标准和使用要求。 The self-developed pre-film agent PMZ5-1 was used to conduct the pre-film experiment on the rotary hanging corrosion tester and circulating water systems.Review the results of acidic copper sulfate droplet experiments and corrosion rate data to evaluate the pre coating effect of pre coating agent PMZ5-1 on carbon steel.The experimental results show that the total phosphorus content of PMZ5-1 in circulating water is only about 25mg/L,and a stable solution prefilm solution can be prepared without adding any chemical additives.The prefilm effect can meet the standard requirements under the normal temperature conditions for 30 hours.
