摘要
“双碳”目标下,燃煤发电机组参与电网深度调峰是构建我国新能源为主-传统能源为辅的新型电力系统的重要举措。深入研究煤粉锅炉在深调过程中显现出来的问题有利于燃煤机组运行优化,保证锅炉安全稳定运行。本文分析了深度调峰模式下,现有燃煤机组存在的主要问题,并且提出了未来提高煤粉锅炉深调能力可以从燃烧器改造、增强煤种掺烧管理、优化制粉系统、提高水冷壁水循环动力和系统安全性、提高脱硝系统全负荷范围内的稳定性和提高机组变负荷反应速率等解决方法。
Under the“dual carbon”goal,the participation of coal-fired power generation units in deep peak shaving of the power grid is an important measure to build a new power system with new energy as the main source and traditional energy as the auxiliary source in China.Deeply studying the problems that arise during the deep adjustment process of coal-fired boilers is beneficial for optimizing the operation of coal-fired units and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the boiler.This article analyzes the main problems existing in existing coal-fired units under deep peak shaving mode,and proposes solutions to improve the deep regulation capacity of coal-fired boilers in the future,such as burner transformation,enhancing coal blending management,optimizing the pulverizing system,improving the water wall water circulation power and system safety,improving the stability of the denitrification system within the full load range,and increasing the unit’s variable load reaction rate.
