摘要
某8寸混输海底管道存在一处深度为54%的内腐蚀缺陷点,利用水下无接触磁力检测技术提高缺陷点定位精度,为海管机械管卡维修提供坐标数据。并通过对机械管卡的改造,提高了安装效率,降低了海管因保温层进水加速腐蚀的风险。
There is an internal corrosion defect point with a depth of 54%in an 8-inch multiphase subsea pipeline.The use of underwater non-contact magnetic testing technology to improve the positioning accuracy of the defect point provides coordinate data for the maintenance of mechanical pipe clamps in the pipeline.And through the transformation of mechanical pipe clamps,the installation efficiency has been improved,reducing the risk of accelerated corrosion of offshore pipelines due to water ingress into the insulation layer.
