南海某海底管道内腐蚀寿命评估

摘要 南海某海底输气管道通球后发现有黑色杂质,且该海管未进行内检测作业,为准确了解该条海管内部腐蚀情况,识别海管内部腐蚀风险因素,预测海管内腐蚀剩余寿命情况。通过腐蚀敏感性分析,识别海管内腐蚀主要影响因素为CO_(2),通过内腐蚀直接评价方法,建立模型并计算,得出海管剩余使用寿命为35.75年,满足设计要求。 After passing through a submarine gas pipeline in the South China Sea,black impurities were found,and the pipeline was not subjected to internal testing.In order to accurately understand the internal corrosion situation of the pipeline,identify the risk factors for internal corrosion,and predict the remaining life of the corrosion inside the pipeline.Through corrosion sensitivity analysis,it was identified that the main influencing factor for internal corrosion in offshore pipelines is CO_(2).Through the direct evaluation method for internal corrosion,a model was established and calculated,and the remaining service life of the offshore pipeline was 35.75 years,meeting the design requirements.
