油田管道内腐蚀机理及选材

Corrosion Mechanism and Material Selection for Pipes in Oil Fields

摘要 随着高含H_(2)S、CO_(2)以及Cl^(-)油田的开发与开采,油田管道的内腐蚀问题十分严重,因此探究管道内腐蚀机理并能合理选择管道材料,解决腐蚀问题至关重要。本文探讨了H_(2)S、CO_(2)、Cl^(-)以及元素S腐蚀机理,总结了管道内腐蚀失效主要形式。同时从国外某油田的实例出发,对腐蚀环境苛刻的脱气站管道选材进行了说明和总结,对油田管道材料的选择具有一定的参考意义。 With the development and exploitation of oilfields with high-containing H_(2)S,CO_(2) and Cl^(-),the internal corrosion problem of such oilfields is very serious.Therefore,it is very important to explore the internal corrosion mechanism and reasonably select the pipe materials to solve the corrosion problem.In this paper,the corrosion mechanism of H_(2)S,CO_(2),Cl^(-)and element S was discussed,and the main forms of corrosion failure in pipelines were summarized.At the same time,through the example of the oilfield abroad,the material selection of the pipes in degassing stations with severe corrosive environment were explained and summarized,which provides certain reference for the material selection of pipes in oilfields.
