大牛地气田采出水处理系统腐蚀分析

摘要 大牛地气田由于井口工艺调整,形成含醇采出水,水质腐蚀性较强,给大牛地采出水系统埋下腐蚀隐患。本文通过对采出水水质成分结果进行分析,结合现场水质成分分析结果,进行结垢模拟研究,基于模拟结果开展现场挂片实验,研究不同水质条件下的腐蚀状况,明确大牛地气田采出水处理系统腐蚀程度,为采出水处理系统下一步腐蚀防治工作提供理论支撑。 Due to the adjustment of wellhead process in Daniudi gas field,the produced water containing alcohol is formed,and the water quality is highly corrosive,which lays a hidden danger of corrosion to the produced water system in Daniudi gas field.In this paper,through the analysis of the results of the water quality composition of the produced water,combined with the results of the on-site water quality composition analysis,the scaling simulation study was carried out.Based on the simulation results,the on-site hanging experiment was carried out to study the corrosion conditions under different water quality conditions,and the corrosion degree of the produced water treatment system in Daniudi gasfield was clarified.Provide theoretical support for the next corrosion prevention and control work of the produced water treatment system.
