Labor Transfer and High Quality Urbanization--Research on the Intermediary Effect Based on Human Capital

在中国人口红利逐渐消失、推进以人为中心的城镇化建设和新时代人才强国的背景下,人力资本积累对城镇化高质量发展起着越来越重要的作用。本文基于2008—2018年中国30个省份的面板数据,从人力资本积累视角出发,拓展了劳动力转移与高质量城镇化之间的渠道分析。

Against the backdrop of the gradual disappearance of China's demographic dividend,the promotion of people-centered urbanization construction,and the new era of talent power,the accumulation of human capital is playing an increasingly important role in the high-quality development of urbanization.Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2018,this article expands the channel analysis between labor transfer and high-quality urbanization from the perspective of human capital accumulation.
