Public Participation in China's Environmental Information Quality Assurance System

本文综合采用多学科的知识和方法,通过引入公众责任以及社会主体在环境信息质量保障实践和研究中探索的进程,推进跨行业、跨区域、多元主体共同参与的模式,以法治打造多元环境质量保障系统。本文分析公众参与保障环境信息质量的演进方向和公众参与保障环境信息质量的特点,探讨公众参与环境信息质量的完善路径。旨在推动构建多元化主体协同保障环境信息质量制度,从鼓励公众参与方面提出建议。

This article comprehensively adopts multidisciplinary knowledge and methods,introduces public responsibility and the exploration process of social entities in environmental information quality assurance practice and research,promotes a model of cross industry,cross region,and multi subject participation,and builds a diversified environmental quality assurance system based on the rule of law.This article analyzes the evolution direction and characteristics of public participation in ensuring the quality of environmental information,and explores the improvement path of public participation in ensuring the quality of environmental information.The aim is to promote the construction of a diversified system for collaborative protection of environmental information quality,and to provide suggestions for encouraging public participation.
