摘要
在新的发展形势下,生产企业可持续经营离不开高质量的人才储备,青年人才的培养关系着生产企业的综合竞争力。本文以南通醋酸纤维有限公司的青年人才为研究对象,通过对年龄、学历、岗位、能力水平的深入数据分析,总结青年人才培养的具体实践,分析现存的弱项和不足。最后,本文从南通醋酸纤维有限公司的个性推及国有生产企业的共性,在理论研究的基础上,研究提出青年人才培养的具体策略,对国有生产企业的人才培养工作具有较强的借鉴意义。
In the new development situation,the sustainable operation of production enterprises cannot be separated from high-quality talent reserves,and the cultivation of young talents is related to the comprehensive competitiveness of production enterprises.This article takes young talents from Nantong Acetate Fiber Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Through in-depth data analysis of age,education level,position,and ability level,it summarizes the specific practices of young talent cultivation and analyzes the existing weaknesses and deficiencies.Finally,this article deduces the characteristics of Nantong Acetate Fiber Co.,Ltd.and the commonalities of state-owned production enterprises.Based on theoretical research,specific strategies for cultivating young talents are proposed,which has strong reference significance for the talent cultivation work of state-owned production enterprises.
