摘要
近年来,华为进军新能源汽车行业,受到了企业界的热点关注。为了使得竞争战略更具有核心竞争力,企业需要在内外部环境的基础上,明确自己的优势、劣势、机会以及威胁。本文通过SWOT分析法对华为迈入新能源汽车行业进行探讨,在自身优势、劣势以及所面临的机遇挑战分析基础上,提出华为公司在进入新能源汽车行业初期应采取S-O(优势-机会)战略组合,继续发挥开放式创新战略的优势。同时,据此提出加强产业链战略合作、提高产品质量,加大研发投入,注重人才培养,发挥营销优势、扩大品牌影响力等具体建议。
In recent years,Huawei has entered the new energy vehicle industry and received hot attention from the business community.In order to make the competitive strategy more core competitive,enterprises need to clarify their strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats based on the internal and external environment.This article explores Huawei's entry into the new energy vehicle industry through the SWOT analysis method.Based on the analysis of its own strengths,weaknesses,and opportunities and challenges,it is proposed that Huawei should adopt the S-O(Advantage Opportunity)strategy combination in the early stages of entering the new energy vehicle industry and continue to leverage the advantages of open innovation strategy.At the same time,based on this,specific suggestions are proposed to strengthen industrial chain strategic cooperation,improve product quality,increase research and development investment,focus on talent cultivation,leverage marketing advantages,and expand brand influence.
