后疫情时代高职来华留学生教育:现状、挑战及建议

Education for Higher Vocational International Students in China in the Post Epidemic Era:Current Situation,Challenges,and Suggestions

过去十余年,高职来华留学生教育经历了快速规模扩张并逐渐规范发展,在世界经济社会大变革的后疫情时代,高职来华留学生教育走到一个K型分化的十字路口。本研究针对当前高职来华留学生教育面临国际职业教育市场竞争加剧、国内对来华留学生管理规范和教育质量提出质询、大变革时代传统教育的不适应等诸多挑战,分析后疫情时代高职来华留学生教育的破局之举。研究发现,当下更加需要构建畅通的国际人文交流通道、为“一带一路”建设提供人才支撑、树立中国高职教育品牌,这些都需要一批有实力有情怀的高职院校继续担负起来华留学生培养的重任。为此,建议政府、教育主管部门和高水平高职院校凝聚共识,同向发力,更高质量开展来华留学生培养,开创教育对外开放新格局。

Over the past decade,the education of international students from vocational colleges in China has experienced rapid scale expansion and gradually standardized development.In the post pandemic era of major economic and social changes in the world,the education of international students from vocational colleges in China has come to a crossroads of K-shaped differentiation.This study analyzes the challenges faced by international vocational education market competition,domestic inquiries about management standards and education quality for international vocational students in China,and the unadaptability of traditional education in the era of major changes in the current education of international vocational students in China.It also analyzes the disruptive actions of vocational education in China in the post pandemic era.The study found that at present,it is more necessary to build a smooth channel for international people to people and cultural exchanges,provide talent support for the construction of the“the Belt and Road”,and establish the brand of China's higher vocational education.These all need a group of powerful and emotional higher vocational colleges to continue to shoulder the responsibility of cultivating Chinese students.Therefore,it is recommended that the government,education regulatory departments,and high-level vocational colleges gather consensus,work together,and carry out high-quality training of international students in China,creating a new pattern of education opening up to the outside world.
