Research on Quality Management Mode of Equipment Supervision

设备监理是设备制造过程中全过程质量管控的重要手段。本文介绍了设备监理监检一体化质量管理模式,着重阐述了以管理制度标准化、过程控制标准化为抓手,以强化过程监督,抓源头、供资源、控过程、扣细节的工作思路和具体做法,总结了设备监理工作标准化、信息化体系的构建与成效,为提升设备监理工作质量提供了借鉴和参考。

Equipment supervision is an important means of quality control in the whole process of equipment manufacturing.This paper introduces the integrated quality management mode of equipment supervision and inspection,and emphasizes on the standardization of management system and process control to strengthen process supervision,grasping the working ideas and concrete methods of source,supply resources,control process and deduction of details,this paper summarizes the construction and effect of standardization and information system of equipment supervision,it provides reference for improving the quality of equipment supervision.
