EPC项目有资金投入大、涉及专业多、工艺流程复杂、建设周期长等特点,其催交检验工作越来越重要。本文阐述了总包方预检会在催交检验工作中的主要目的,详细分析了预检会的相关流程,包括预检会召开的时机、地点、参加的人员等;重点阐述了预检会的主要工作,如审查供货商项目组织机构、制造技术重点难点交底、确定质量检验计划(ITP)中各方的检验点等,以期为实际预检会工作提供参考。

EPC projects have the characteristics of large capital investment,many professions involved,complex process flow,long construction cycle,etc.,and its prompt inspection work is becoming more and more important.This paper expounds the main purpose of the pre-inspection meeting of the general contractor in the expediting inspection work,and analyzes the relevant process of the pre-inspection meeting in detail,including the time,place and participants of the pre-inspection meeting.The main work of the pre-inspection meeting is emphasized,such as reviewing the supplier’s project organization,disclosing the key and difficult points of manufacturing technology,determining the inspection points of each party in the quality inspection plan(ITP),etc.,which provides a reference for the actual work of the pre-inspection meeting.
