Key Points of Quality Supervision in the Manufacturing Process of Oil-water Triphase Separator

This paper briefly introduces the basic use,important components and manufacturing process of the oil-water triphase separator,analyzes the manufacturing process and quality supervision points of the oil-water triphase separator.According to the national standards GB/T 150—2011 Pressure Vessels,NB/T 47042—2014 Horizontal Vessels,technical agreements,drawings,and relevant manufacturing process documents,combined with the actual processing situation of the manufacturing plant,quality problems at the manufacturing site were discovered,the causes of the problems were analyzed.Combined with the quality control points during the supervision process,some insights and experience were provided for the supervision work of oil-water triphase separators.
