The train and vehicle monitoring information system is a powerful facility to improve the safe operation and maintenance efficiency of the train,and to improve the automation and intelligence of the equipment.This paper briefly introduces the concept,composition and function of the vehicle monitoring information system,and expounds in detail the functions of the supervision work in the aspects of resources,quality and schedule.In this paper,it is discussed that the plant consulting engineer should identify the attribute and the source of the scope of the project change,and how to deal with the change of different attribute and source structurally,it can provide reference for similar supervision projects.
