干法胶粉大粒径沥青混合料疲劳损伤研究

摘要 结合胶粉弹性特点,对比分析了干法胶粉、SBS改性沥青、MAC改性沥青三种不同胶结料的LSPM疲劳性能。结果表明:干法胶粉的添加有利于延长LSPM的疲劳开裂寿命;不低于20%掺量的干法胶粉LSPM25可以达到SBS-LSPM25的疲劳寿命次数,且要高于MAC-LSPM25的疲劳寿命次数;对比劲度模量变化量并不能直观反应LSPM的疲劳寿命;建立应变与疲劳寿命的半对数疲劳方程,得出LSPM的疲劳寿命随干法胶粉掺量的增加而得到延长,并且可以减缓LSPM疲劳寿命的衰减速率。 Based on the elastic characteristics of rubber powder,the fatigue properties of LSPM of dry rubber powder,SBS modified asphalt and Mac modified asphalt were compared.The results show that the addition of dry rubber powder is beneficial to prolong the fatigue life of LSPM,and the fatigue life times of SBS-LSPM25 can be reached when the content of dry rubber powder LSPM25 is not less than 20%,compared with MAC-LSPM25,the change of stiffness modulus can not directly reflect the fatigue life of LSPM,and the semi-log fatigue equation of strain and fatigue life is established,the results show that the fatigue life of LSPM increases with the increase of dry rubber powder content,and it can slow down the decay rate of LSPM fatigue life.
