表面活性类温拌剂对SBS改性沥青高温性能的影响

摘要 为研究表面活性类温拌剂对SBS改性沥青高温性能的影响,将不同掺量的温拌剂加入SBS改性沥青中,制得温拌沥青。采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)对温拌沥青进行温度扫描和频率扫描试验,结果表明:表面活性类温拌剂的加入能够减小SBS改性沥青的相位角δ,增大SBS改性沥青的复数模量G*和车辙因子G*/sinδ,提高SBS改性沥青的高温性能。在28~58℃内,对SBS改性沥青的高温抗车辙能力提升较为显著,58℃以后,作用不太明显。此种温拌剂的最佳掺量建议为0.5%。 In order to study the influence of surface active warm mix agent on high temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt,warm mix asphalt was prepared by adding different mixtures of warm mix agent into SBS modified asphalt.The temperature scanning and frequency scanning tests of warm mix asphalt were carried out by dynamic shear rheology instrument(DSR).The results show that the addition of surface active warm mix agent can reduce the phase angle of SBS modified asphalt,increase the complex modulus G*and rut factor G*/sinδ of SBS modified asphalt,and improve the high temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt.Within 28~58℃,the anti-rutting ability of SBS modified asphalt at high temperature improved significantly,but after 58℃,the effect was not obvious.The optimal dosage of this regenerator is recommended to be 0.5%.
