酸雨环境下桥梁混凝土耐腐蚀性能研究

摘要 结合酸雨气象资料,通过COMSOL有限元模拟软件,以不同的硫酸根离子浓度和腐蚀年限为工况变量,模拟了酸雨对桥梁混凝土的腐蚀性影响。分析结果表明腐蚀速率随着硫酸根离子浓度的增加而逐渐增大,但总体趋势相近;腐蚀速率总体呈现出先下降后迅速增长的趋势;在该试验条件下,各试验组20a后的腐蚀深度均能达到1.25cm左右。 Based on acid rain meteorological data and COMSOL finite element simulation software,this paper simulates the influence of acid rain on the corrosivity of bridge concrete with different sulfate ion concentrations and corrosion years as working condition variables.The results show that the corrosion rate increases with the increase of sulfate ion concentration,but the overall trend is similar.The corrosion rate generally shows a trend of first decreasing and then rapidly increasing.Under this experimental condition,the corrosion depth of each experimental group can reach about 1.25 cm after 20 years.
