应急医疗物资配置研究现状及可视化分析

摘要 近年来,包括新冠肺炎在内的突发公共卫生事件对国家的经济建设与发展均造成了较大的影响.因此,突发公共卫生事件下,需要及时制定有效的应对方案以降低损失、减少伤亡.其中,应急医疗物资配置是事件发生后减少人员伤亡的重要手段,对开展灾后救援工作具有重大意义.由于应急医疗物资配置并不是一个孤立的问题,科学的配置方案离不开应急医疗物资需求预测以及需求点的评估等研究的支持.因此,本文首先通过对应急医疗物资配置相关文献的整理,梳理了应急医疗物资需求预测、配置模型等方面的研究现状.其次,使用CiteSpace软件对从Web of Science中检索到的有关这一主题的文献进行可视化分析.最后,对应急医疗物资配置问题的发展趋势和发展前景进行了展望与总结. In recent years,public health emergencies,including the Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19),have had a great impact on the country's economic construction and development.Therefore,under public health emergencies,it is necessary to formulate effective response plans in time to reduce losses and casualties.Among them,the emergency medical supplies allocation is an important means to reduce casualties after the incident,and is of great significance for carrying out post-disaster rescue work.Since the emergency medical supplies allocation is not an isolated problem,the scientific allocation scheme cannot be separated from the research support of demand prediction and demand point evaluation of emergency medical supplies.Therefore,this paper first sorts out the research status of emergency medical supplies demand prediction,allocation models and other aspects by collating relevant literature on emergency medical supplies allocation.Secondly,the CiteSpace software is used to visually analyze the literature on this subject retrieved from the Web of Science.Finally,the development trend and prospect of emergency medical supplies allocation are prospected and summarized.
