课程育人视域下“食品微生物学”的教学设计

Teaching design of“Food microbiology”from the perspective ofcourse-based education

课程是高校进行思政教育的重要载体。笔者从教学目标、教学过程和教学评价3个方面对“食品微生物学”进行教学设计,将家国情怀、诚信与法治意识、责任与担当意识、可持续发展理念和职业素养等融入教学之中,以激发学生的爱国敬业情怀,提升其学习的积极性、主动性,提高课程教学质量。研究并挖掘课程中蕴含的思政元素,将其融入教学目标设计之中,并采用优化后的PBOPPSS教学模式加以实施,使学生塑造正确价值观、厚植家国情感、培育良好职业道德,以期为实现课程育人目标提供借鉴与参考。

The course serves as a crucial platform for imparting ideological and political education in higher education.This paper presents a teaching design for“Food microbiology”that includes teaching objectives,content,and evaluation.The design aims to infuse patriotic fervor,ethical responsibility,rule of law awareness,sustainability,and professional ethics into the course,thereby stimulating students'passion for learning and enhancing their sense of patriotism and professionalism.By exploring and integrating ideological and political elements into the teaching objectives,the PBOPPSS teaching mode was optimized to incorporate core values,emotional attachment to the country,and ethical responsibility into the course.This paper aims to offer guidance for incorporating ideological and political education into course design to foster students'emotional attachment to the country,promote the cultivation of professional ethics,and achieve the course education objectives.
