基于生态修复的滨海蓝碳增汇研究

摘要 滨海湿地生态修复是蓝碳增汇的有效手段。文章总结了滨海湿地生态修复措施及其增汇作用,在回顾我国滨海湿地生态修复政策发展历程和总结滨海湿地生态修复项目概况的基础上,以2021—2022年中央财政资金支持的海洋生态保护修复项目为例,评估了34个海洋生态保护修复项目实施后可能增加的滨海蓝碳。最后从基础调查、增汇技术、工程实施和蓝碳市场四个方面提出了促进滨海湿地生态修复与固碳增汇协同增效的对策建议。 Coastal wetland ecological restoration is an effective means of blue carbon sequestration.This article summarizes the ecological restoration measures of coastal wetlands and their role in increasing sinks.Based on a review of the development of China′s marine ecological restoration system and a summary of the coastal wetland ecological restoration project,using the 2021—2022 central financial funds for marine ecological protection and restoration projects as an example,the potential increase in coastal blue carbon after the implementation of 34 marine ecological protection and restoration projects was evaluated.Finally,suggestions for promoting the synergistic effectiveness of coastal wetland ecological restoration and carbon sequestration from four aspects of basic investigation,sequestration technologies,engineering implementation,and blue carbon market were proposed.
