摘要 针对当前我国光热发电适用技术标准较少、标准体系建设滞后的问题,对太阳能光热发电技术标准研究现状进行了系统梳理。结合新型电力系统清洁低碳、安全高效、智慧灵活等需求,提出面向新型电力系统的光热发电技术标准体系总体架构,并提出涵盖14个领域(基础通用、安全通用、低碳环保通用、规划设计、工程建设、设备材料、调度控制、运行检修、试验与计量、市场营销等)、若干类目与具体标准构成的体系结构。进而,针对各领域标准化现状进行分析,明确当前7个领域存在空白、5个领域不甚完善的现状,提出分阶段重点布局的4点建议。 In view of the problems that there are few applicable technical standards for solar thermal power generation in China at present and the construction of the standard system is lagging behind,this paper systematically analyzes the current research situations of solar thermal power generation technologies.Combined with the requirements of clean and low carbon,safe and efficient,intelligent and flexible new power systems,the paper proposes a general structure of the technical standard system for solar thermal power generation for new power systems.Meanwhile,it proposes a system structure covering 14 areas including general basic standards,general safety standards,general low-carbon environmental protection standards,planning and design,engineering construction,equipment and materials,scheduling and control,operation and maintenance,testing and metering,marketing and other specific standards.Based on the analysis of the existing standards in each field,and considering the current situation that seven fields have gaps and five fields are not perfect,four proposals are made for the gradual establishment.
