基于静力等承载强度的T型接头角焊缝焊脚尺寸确定及疲劳特性

Determination of Weld Leg Size and Fatigue Characteristics of T-joint Fillet Welds Based on Static Equal Bearing Strength

摘要 传统的角焊缝在焊脚尺寸设计时出于安全考虑,经常出现“过设计”现象,针对AWS D1.1《钢结构焊接规范》,GB50017—2017《钢结构设计规范》及DIN 18800《钢架结构》焊脚尺寸设计相关标准对比分析,各标准中关于不同板厚推荐的焊脚尺寸范围基本一致,但都仅推荐最大和最小焊脚尺寸,其选择范围较宽泛。基于上述分析,提出了一种基于静力等承载强度的焊缝尺寸确定方法。以一种T型接头为例,分别采用标准和静力等承载强度方法进行焊脚尺寸确定和计算。分析表明,对照标准确定的T型接头的焊脚尺寸为12 mm,而基于静力等承载强度计算确定的焊脚尺寸为9.91 mm,相比标准确定的尺寸减小了17.4%。通过ABAQUS和Fe-safe软件分别对接头进行静力计算和疲劳仿真分析,结果表明,与标准推荐的焊脚尺寸相比,通过静力等承载强度得到的焊脚尺寸承受的最大静力、疲劳寿命和失效位置均无明显变化,表明该焊缝尺寸确定方法具有合理性。 For the sake of safety,the traditional fillet weld often has the phenomenon of"over designed"in the design of weld size.In view of the comparative analysis of the AWS D1.1"Structural Welding Code-Steel",GB50017"Structural De‐sign Code-Steel"and DIN 18800"Steel Structure",the recommended weld size ranges for different plate thicknesses were basically the same in each standard,but only the maximum and minimum weld sizes were recommended.It had a wide range of choices.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposed a method to determine the weld size based on static equal load-carrying strength.Taking a T-joint as an example,the standards and the static equal load-carrying strength theory were used to determine and calculate the weld size.The analysis showed that the weld size of T-joint was determined to be 12mm by using the standards,while the weld size was determined to be 9.91mm based on the calculation of static equal loadcarrying strength theory,which was 17.4%less than the size determined by the standards.The static calculation and fatigue simulation analysis of the joint were carried out by ABAQUS and Fe-safe software respectively.The results showed that compared with the weld size recommended by the standards,the maximum static force,fatigue life and failure position of the weld size obtained by static equal load-carrying strength theory had no obvious changes,indicating that the method for determining the weld size was reasonable.
