摘要 侧倾翻试验台是检测农业机械、汽车、挂车等机动车稳定性的关键设备。为满足相关试验标准要求,开发了一种大型双台面侧倾翻试验台。本文介绍了该设备的总体设计思路。为解决试验台多液压油缸同步控制的难题,研制一套跟踪调节快速、反应速度快、柔性好的多液压油缸同步控制系统,以LabVIEW和PLC为控制核心,能很好地满足试验台多液压油缸同步的需要,并在现场试验中得到验证。 The roll over test bench is a key equipment for detecting the stability of agricultural machinery,motor vehicles,trailers and other vehicles.To meet the requirements of relevant test standards,a large double table side tipping test bench has been developed.This article introduces the overall design concept of this device.In order to solve the synchronization control problem of multiple hydraulic cylinders on the test bench,a multi hydraulic cylinder synchronization control system with LabVIEW and PLC as the control core has been developed.This system can quickly track and adjust,has fast response speed,good flexibility,and can meet the needs of multi hydraulic cylinder synchronization on the test bench.It has been verified in on-site experiments.
