碳排放限制下的竞争航线货运机队规划研究 被引量:1

摘要 当今世界,绿色、低碳发展理念已成为一个重要趋势,为顺应这一趋势,提出了一种考虑碳排放限制的航空公司货机队规划方法。根据相关政策,计算得出各航空公司的碳排放配额,进而基于纳什均衡理论,从航线运力分配角度出发,建立了考虑碳排放限制的竞争航线货运机队规划模型。为探究各航空公司间的竞争关系,将航线市场份额设置为航班频次的函数并引入货运需求溢出量来表示航空公司受航线竞争的影响程度。最终设计了启发式算法并结合2021年国内部分航线运行数据进行了仿真验证。实验表明,模型相较于传统模型更加贴近实际,可作为航空公司在进行航线运营时的决策参考。 In today′s world,the concept of green and low-carbon development has become an important trend,and in order to comply with this trend,an airline cargo fleet planning method considering carbon emission limitations is proposed.Firstly,according to the relevant policies,the carbon emission quota of each airline is calculated,and then based on the Nash equilibrium theory,from the point of view of route capacity allocation,to establish a competitive route cargo fleet planning model considering carbon emission limitation.In order to explore the competitive relationship among airlines,the market share of airlines is set as a function of flight frequency and the freight demand spillover is introduced to represent the degree of influence of airline competition.Finally,a heuristic algorithm is designed and combined with the operation data of some domestic routes in 2021 for simulation verification.The experiments show that the model is closer to the reality than the traditional model,and can be used as a reference for airlines to make decisions in route operation.
