长期护理保险背景下长期护理模式研究进展与展望——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

Research Progress and Prospect of Long-term Care Model in the Context of Long-term Care Insurance:A Visualized Analysis Based on CiteSpace

目的:厘清长期护理模式的研究动态,为长期护理保险制度的不断优化提供理论依据。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science数据库中2022年9月20日之前关于长期护理模式的核心文献,并结合CiteSpace软件对相关文献进行可视化分析。结果:目前学术界主要围绕长期护理模式的选择、长期护理模式的优劣势、长期护理模式的需求及影响因素、长期护理模式的费用支出、长期护理模式的问题及解决策略等展开了深入探讨,并取得了丰硕的成果。但有关护理等级的划分与评定、护理费用测算标准的确定等微观问题的研究相对不足。结论:围绕划分与评估护理等级、探讨并提升长期护理水平和护理能力、评价长期护理服务质量、预测长期护理模式的发展趋势等问题开展深入研究,以期为失能保障制度的完善提供理论支持和实践参考。

OBJECTIVE To clarify the research trends of long-term care model and provide theoretical basis for the continuous optimization of long-term care insurance system.METHODS The core literature on long-term care model before September 20 of 2022 was retrieved from CNKI and Web of science,and visualized with Citespace software.RESULTS At present,the academic cir⁃cle mainly focuses on the choice of long-term nursing model,the advantages and disadvantages of long-term nursing model,the de⁃mand and influencing factors of long-term nursing model,the cost of long-term nursing model,the problems of long-term nursing model and the solution strategy,and has carried out in-depth discussion,and has made remarkable achievements.However,the re⁃search on the micro-issues such as the classification and evaluation of nursing grade and the determination of the measurement stan⁃dard of nursing cost is relatively insufficient.CONCLUSION It is necessary to carry out in-depth research around the classification and evaluation of nursing grade,discuss and improve the level and nursing ability of long-term nursing,evaluate the quality of long-term nursing service,predict the development trend of long-term nursing model and so on,in order to provide theoretical sup⁃port and practical reference for the improvement of disability guarantee system.
