Nowadays,China has entered an aging society,and the aging trend of the population is severe.In order to realize healthy aging and better meet the medical needs of the elderly patients,it is imperative to build a friendly hospital for the elderly.It discusses how to build friendly outpatient service,friendly ward and friendly internet hospital under the background of population aging in Heilongjiang province,and further explores the promotion strategy from the aspect of hospital management and volunteer ser⁃vice,aiming to provide strategic reference for the development of friendly hospital for the elderly in Heilongjiang.
