内蒙古地区居民公共医疗卫生服务获得感实证研究

Research on the Gain Sense of Public Medical and Health Services in Inner Mongolia

目的:深入分析内蒙古地区居民对公共医疗卫生服务的获得感现状及影响因素,为内蒙古地区进一步推进公共医疗卫生服务供给侧改革提供依据。方法:2022年3月1日—4月30日,选取内蒙古地区常住居民作为研究对象,并开展问卷调查。结果:内蒙古地区居民对公共医疗卫生服务的总体获得感处于一般与满意之间。相关性分析结果显示,总体满意度、社会互动与获得感存在两两显著正相关关系。人口学变量差异分析结果显示,年龄、学历、常住地、职业、个人月收入、健康状况自评、社会参保情况均呈现显著性差异;线性回归分析结果显示,满意度与社会互动整体对获得感的解释力为R2=0.806。结论:内蒙古地区居民的公共医疗卫生服务获得感水平较高,居民对公共医疗卫生服务的需求呈现多样化,居民对公共医疗卫生服务的满意度与社会互动皆对获得感具有一定的影响,社会互动明显高于满意度对获得感的影响,尤其是在获得环境、获得体验与获得共享方面具有显著性。

OBJECTIVE To aim to analyze the current status of the gain sense of public medical and health services in Inner Mongolia and its influencing factors,in order to provide a basis for further supply-side reforms of public healthcare services in the region.METHODS A random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among the general public in Inner Mongo⁃lia.RESULTS The overall gain sense of public medical and health services in Inner Mongolia falls between average and satisfactory.Through demographic difference tests,significant differences were found in age,education level,place of residence,occupation,per⁃sonal monthly income,self-rated health condition,and social insurance coverage.Correlation analysis indicated significant correla⁃tions between satisfaction,social activities,and public perception.Linear regression analysis showed that satisfaction and social inter⁃action accounted for R2=0.806 of the variance.CONCLUSION The gain sense of public medical and health services in Inner Mongo⁃lia is relatively high,and there is a diverse range of public demands.Satisfaction and social interaction have an impact on the level of public gain sense,with social interaction showing significant influence.
