临沂市≥18岁居民超重肥胖流行特征分析

Analysis on the Epidemiological Characteristics of Overweight and Obesity among Adultresidents in Linyi

目的:了解临沂市≥18岁居民超重肥胖流行特征,为防控超重和肥胖提供参考依据。方法:2019—2020年采用分层随机抽样方法,在全市15个乡镇(街道)抽取并调查≥18岁居民4296人,通过问卷调查及身体测量获得调查数据,采用SPSS 16.0软件进行t检验和χ2检验。结果:调查人群BMI均值为(25.80±3.93)kg/m2。随着年龄增长,居民BMI呈现先升高后下降的趋势;成年居民超重率为40.01%,不同年龄、学历、婚姻状况成年居民的超重率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着年龄增加,成年居民超重率呈现上升趋势,50~60岁年龄段达到最大值,学历较低的居民超重率高于学历较高的居民;成年居民肥胖率为26.33%,不同年龄组居民肥胖率差异有统计学意义(χ2=30.17,P<0.01),居民肥胖率随年龄增长呈现先升高后下降的趋势;成年居民向心性肥胖率为72.84%,女性高于男性,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.85,P<0.01)。结论:临沂市≥18岁居民的超重肥胖状况不容乐观,应积极开展超重肥胖防控工作。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the epidemic characteristics of overweight and obesity among residents aged 18 years and above in Linyi of Shandong province,and to provide reference for prevention and control of overweight and obesity.METHODS From 2019 to 2020,stratified random sampling was used to sample and investigate 4296 permanent residents aged 18 and over in 15 townships in the city.Through questionnaire survey and body measurement survey data,SPSS 16.0 software was used for t test andχ2 test.RESULTS The average BMI of the surveyed population was 25.80±3.93 kg/m2,which increased first and then increased with age;the overweight rate was 40.01%,and the overweight rate of adult residents with different ages,educational levels,and mari⁃tal status was different There is statistical significance(P<0.05).With age,the overweight rate is on the rise,,reaching the maximum in the 50~60 age group,and then declining.The overweight rate of people with lower education was higher than that of people with higher education;the obesity rate is 26.33%and the difference in the obesity rate among different age groups was statistically signifi⁃cant(χ2=30.17,P<0.01).The obesity rate of residents increased first and then increased with age.A downward trend;the central obesity rate was 72.84%,and the standardized central obesity rate was 72.84%,which was higher in women than in men(χ2=14.85,P<0.01).CONCLUSION The overweight and obesity status of residents aged 18 and above in Linyi is not optimistic,and the preven⁃tion and control of overweight and obesity should be carried out actively.
